Mark currently leads a team of experienced & professional sales skill instructors, consultants and coaches who assess, design and deliver sales skill development for a variety of sales forces. Mark is founder and managing partner of Strategic Pathways, a nationally recognized coaching and employee productivity company. Prior to the founding of Strategic Pathways in 2000, Mark was Executive Director of Career Development & Training (Sales, Marketing, Management, and Recruiting) for Johnson & Johnson. Over the last 10 years, Mark and his affiliates have researched and developed resources to help organizations identify, develop, and deploy employee talent for optimal productivity and results. His extensive client experience and expertise were refined as a sponsor of leadership development at Cincinnati State & Xavier University, ranging from management & sales effectiveness to workforce solutions & organizational wellness.

Mark's initiatives include over 50 sales coaching, training, leadership and workforce programs with life science and professional companies to enhance their productivity and revenue growth.
